Hi, I’m Claire or Claire Bear.

I live in Humpty Doo but I’m originally from Manchester in the UK, however I have lived in Darwin for 12 years!

I’ve been doing yoga for around 20 years and a few years ago I took the plunge and started my Yoga Teacher Training. 3 years on and I’m a 500hour qualified and certified yoga instructor. I enjoy teaching Vinyasa and Hatha classes, and I recently completed my Yin Yoga training. I’m looking forward to seeing you all on the mat.
