Yes. ARC offers a 10 day free trial for local Darwin residents,
For visiting members, we have a 7 day visitors pass available.

Do you have a crèche?

What should I bring to the gym?
Please bring a towel and water bottle with you. No towel = no training.

I am new to the gym, will I fit in?
Absolutely. ARC caters to all different fitness levels, abilities and skill sets. The ARC coaches are available during sessions to assist you with any modifications and to answer any questions you may have.

How do I update my billing information?
Changes to billing information can be sent to admin@arcfitnessaustralia.com.au.

What happens if I miss a payment? Is there a late fee?
Yes. Missed payments will result in an $8.80 fee from the bank. This is a fee that ARC has no control over.

Can I put my membership on hold?
Yes. We understand that due to unforeseen circumstances, i.e. injury or surgery, you may need to put your membership on hold. Please email this request with 21 days’ notice to admin@arcfitnessaustralia.com.au.
Requests to put memberships on hold for short periods of time, i.e. a week holiday, will not be granted. This is in keeping with all other gym facilities membership hold policies.

How do I cancel my membership?
If you would like to cancel your membership we require 21 days’ notice.
Please also download and complete our Membership Cancellation Request Form and bring it into the gym.
