ARC Fitness offers a variety of classes that cater for individuals of all fitness levels.

ARC Fitness
Strength and Conditioning
This workout is designed to target specific muscle groups in our, this class is a slower pace that gives you a chance to challenge your strength, it can be rep or time interval specific.
WOD (Workout of the day)
WOD’s are a combination of strength, conditioning, cardio and functional exercises.
Open Gym
Open Gym provides you with the opportunity to perform your own workout using the equipment in the studio. A trainer will be available in the studio office during this time but will not be providing oversight of any training undertaken.
MetaPWR
MetaPWR is a 30-minute, metabolic resistance workout, combining bodyweight and weighted compound exercises with little rest to maximize calorie burn and increase the metabolic rate during and after the workout.
Fit
Fit is a form of high intensity interval training (HIIT), a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, until you are too exhausted to continue. The method is not just restricted to cardio and frequently includes weights for the short periods as well. Though there is no universal HIIT session duration, these intense workouts typically last under 30 minutes as it uses the anaerobic energy systems which are typically used for short, sharp bursts. The times vary, based on a participant's current fitness level. Fit classes consist of the following:
EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute)
EMOM workouts challenge you to complete an exercise for a provided number of Reps in less than 60 seconds. Once you have completed the provided Reps you rest the remaining seconds of that minute, then once the new minute starts you repeat the Reps again or move onto the next exercise and follow the same principle throughout the workout.
AMRAP (As Many Rounds as Possible)
AMRAP means... As Many Reps As Possible with added resistance. AMRAP's are designed to push you more and more. Complete as many rounds as you can at a designated time. eg 5 exercise back2back for 7mins. Count the total of rounds and that's your score.
Tabata
Tabata training breaks a workout down clearly defined intervals – typically, 20 seconds of a push-it-to-the-limit experience followed by 10 seconds of rest.

Yoga
Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility. Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles while holding a pose can build strength.
Restorative Yoga
A slow and deliberate practice focusing on rejuvenating the mind, body and soul. Here we mix gentle asana, long holds, breath-work and plenty of props to dive deeper within. This beautiful class will leave you feeling lighter, brighter and relaxed.
Hot Yoga
Immerse your body in hot and humid conditions to eliminate toxins and release endorphins as you flow through a powerful sequence, building strength and endurance. This unique experience will leave you feeling cleansed, challenged and energised.
Pilates
Pilates is a form of low impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility.
Motion
Slow paced, floor based stretch class designed to bring balance to the nervous system, whilst mobilising the body and releasing muscle tension. Together we will focus on exactly what you need in the moment to ensure you leave your session with a feeling of renewed energy and vigour.
Flow
A slow burn workout incorporating low impact stretches and flowing postures allowing you to dive a little into your practice. Whether you are an absolute beginner or advanced student, we will focus on exactly what you need in the moment. You will leave the this session feeling lighter, calm and rejuvenated.
Sculpt
A sculpt sequence that focuses on toning and shaping you booty while defining your arm and abdominals. Sculpt can be enjoyed by all fitness levels. Expect a dynamic workout that will leave you feeling uplifted all while breaking a serious sweat.
Sweat
The ultimate burner. A high-intensity workout incorporating body weighted movements and weights for the ultimate strength and toning session. Designed for all fitness levels that want to leave the room feeling strong.
Metafit
Metafit is a 30-minute, bodyweight-only, non-choreographed, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. These workouts are designed to boost your fitness, rocket your energy levels and get massive results in the shortest amount of time possible. Movement regressions and progressions make this the perfect workout for the absolute beginner or the advanced student.
